colm - I'm sure you have noticed that bulk is infact not something I'm lacking and infact I can be found pounding the streets of amersham and the surrounding area most evenings...... |

I can vouch that Colm is becoming a machine (although possibly not a very good one - think C3PO but with worse flexibility). Sessions are being supervised by Myself and Resident Strength & Conditioning Guru Mike P every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with the occasional Sat or Sun 'FUN - ish' session. All are welcome - but the turnout to date could be much better. Fletch - is getting in on the act so that he can add some strength to the 'top' tackling technique - he thinks he can give me a run for his money in the big hit stakes. Player of the Season Samuel L. Rigby - Is struggling with his motivation, but is at least making the effort (once a fortnight it seems). Where are the players gunning for the engine room and back row slots? Pencil, Dan P. Yogi,Charlie W, And the young 'uns (who will benefit most). New gym set-up is superb (big hand to Mike P) and just what a aspiring rugby club needs. Give a session a go you never know you might enjoy it! Plus we promise we won't let Simo eat any of you...as we do want you to come back. Neil |

Have you paid your road tax?
I know, I know, people in glasshouses etc, but I couldn't resist. I, on the other hand, have not been pounding the streets of Amersham - or anywhere else for that matter. I have lost quite a lot of weight, however that's mainly due to the dysentery contracted in Egypt last week - oops, gotta go.... |

sorry i meant pavements..... my engine is far bigger than that of my car - dont want to have to up the road tax subscription. |
