Afternoon All,

The RFU have published a questionnaire on-line asking people their opinion on the new ELVs which have been trialled in the Super-14 this season - here's an excerpt from the email including a link to the questionnaire:

...The RFU has therefore launched a special consultation website www.rfusurvey.co.uk to enable all parts of the game to express their views on the ELVs and whether they should be trialled in the manner proposed.
