Membership Forms for 2011-12 Season

Dear Members,

I hope you had a good Summer break, are ready and fighting fit for the new 2011-2012 Rugby Season.

With the great success of all our teams last season in the newly promoted Seniors, the League and Cup Winners in the Juniors and the Tournament Winners in the Minis, we hope to continue and grow on the successes next Season, but to do this, we need to get you up to date with your Membership.

Therefore, please click here to download the latest 2011-2012 Membership Form, including payment, standing order, direct debit and Gift Aid forms. These need to be completed and returned to me, with payment, to the address at the top of the Membership Form or hand them in at the bar in the Clubhouse.  Also, please be aware of the following:

STANDING ORDERS - If you already pay by Standing Order, please be aware that you will need to change the Monthly payment to the new amount that is shown on the Membership Form.  ONLY YOU CAN DO THIS, therefore, you either need to change this directly with your Bank, complete and return the Membership Form with a note saying that you have changed it directly OR complete and return a new Standing Order Form along with the Membership Form.

DIRECT DEBITS - We are currently finalising the process of setting up payments by Direct Debit, but this has taken longer than expected, so if you want to pay by Direct Debit, you will be able to do this in the near future.  However, we will still need payment by Standing Order until this has been finalised.  So please organise the Standing Order as above and we will let you know as soon as possible, when the Direct Debit facility is available.

GIFT AID DECLARATION - If you have already completed one of these in the past, you DO NOT need to do so again.  These need to be completed and returned if you are kindly giving the Club a donation.  Thank you.

If you do not complete and return the Membership Form, either you or your child will not be Registered to play and will NOT be able to play.  

YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE A NEW MEMBERSHIP FORM FOR THE 2011-2012 SEASON, AS IT IS YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE NEW SEASON.
  THIS IS THE CASE EVEN IF YOU PAY BY STANDING ORDER.

Finally, we will only be issuing Membership Cards in October 2011 and for new Members who sign up after September, in January 2012, therefore, if you have not completed and returned your Membership Form to me by 30 September 2011, you will not be issued with a Membership Card in October.  You will then not be able to enjoy the benefits of having a Membership Card, which includes discount off of Rugby equipment at Hawkinsport & Son, Hill Avenue, Amersham, discount off of food at the Blue Orchid Thai Restaurant & Bar, Sycamore Road, Amersham and more (full benefits to be published later).
